About

I have been Life Coaching and Counselling in a variety of settings for 15 years. I am an NLP Master Practitioner, Counsellor, Trainer and Manager.

In addition to working with private clients, my work has included Commercial Training Companies, Social Services, Supported Housing Organizations, GP Surgeries and Voluntary Sector Organisations.

I have set up and managed a number of projects providing training, counselling, support, advice and guidance for people in times of change and crisis.

My career also includes managing a Community Learning Centre. Voluntary work involved being an Advisor for the Citizens Advice Bureau and counselling within my local Community Church.

I am also trained in Short-Term Therapy, Stress Management, Assertiveness.
